Green Ridge School 1943-1944

Following the death of my Mom, Eleanor Wakaruk, I discovered a photo album that she had put together when she was about 15 or 16 years old, before coming to Minneapolis, Minnesota to go to work.
Eleanor lived in Stuartburn, Manitoba, with her brother and grandparents, Sam and Wasylyna Gorman (German.)
On one of my trips to Manitoba, I searched for the Green Ridge School site and never found it. Now I see there is a small amount of information as the Canadian government works to document its roots before it is too late and perhaps this will help. LINK
